In Care We Trust is a Limited Liability Corporation ran by Idalise A. Duran, CEO and Manny Aguirre, CFO. Idalise brings to the company extensive background in the Home Care and Eldercare field. Manny offers a wide variety of Business Management, which include Marketing, Sales and Public Relations. Idalise´s experience includes and is not limited to patients with mental and physical disabilities. The company was founded by Manny Aguirre, Idalise´s son. His inspiration came from his mother. After an unexpected injury, Idalise was no longer able to express her love and attention to those elderly that she had undoubtedly spent her life committed to.
Manny says, “My biggest motivation is making the difference”. Also to be able to see his mother Idalise continuing to touch, move, and be an inspiration to people´s lives, and to know that growing older is the inevitable. “Not everyone is lucky to have a family that dedicates effortless time to one another, we sometimes need a professional” says Manny.
